Jacqueline Ma has two decades of experience in telecommunications and information technology. She has held management positions in sales, business development and product management with Verizon, Nortel Networks, Lucent Technologies, AT&T, IBM, and ABN AMRO Bank. Over this time, Jackie worked with customers in the Americas, Asia, and Europe. As a founder of Antiope Associates, she is responsible for leading company operations and identifying product opportunities.

Jackie started her career with AT&T China where she participated in the first large digital switch deployments. Later, she worked at the Beijing office of ABN AMRO Bank developing project financing opportunities. From 1992 to late 1999, Jackie held a variety of management positions with Lucent Technologies Wireless Networks Group. She traveled overseas frequently to support Lucent wireless customers in Asia, Europe and South America. In 1999 and 2000, she served as a senior manager in Lucent's Optical Networking Group, where she was responsible for evaluating and recommending technology startups for acquisition.

Jackie joined Nortel Networks in 2000 as Director, Global Alliances Marketing and Customer Solutions. While at Nortel, she managing both sell-to and sell-through of enterprise data and VoIP solutions. Just prior to founding Antiope Associates, she was at Verizon Business selling VoIP and IP telephony solutions to enterprise customers in New York City.

Jackie immigrated to the United States in the early 1990s. She received her B.A. in English Literature from Peking University, Beijing, China. She obtained an MBA and M.S. in Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University and University of Pennsylvania, respectively. Jackie is an active member of Asian Women In Business and the Asia Society.
